What is fasting?

Fasting at our hotel is not a "fasting" program in which you take in no nutrition and only water, but a program in which you take in the minimum amount of calories and nutrients through such items as fermented drinks while avoiding solid foods, so that you can detoxify your body and mind.
Compared to traditional fasting, which often ends in failure and frustration, fasting at Koyarunomori is a detoxification method that can be adopted by a wide range of people because it is less likely to cause hunger, stress, headaches and nausea due to low blood sugar.

MECHANISM

The Mechanism of Fasting

When we work hard, we get tired and efficiency decreases.
Just as we need a day off, our internal organs also need to rest.
By resting your internal organs through fasting, you will be able to restore their natural functions.
The enzymes secreted by the body are also the key to fasting.

Please fill out the consent form and medical questionnaire prior to commencing the fasting course.

Please access the form from the URL provided in the reservation completion email and reply to it.

If it is difficult to answer online, please print out this form and send it to us by fax, email, or post.

Note

Individuals with tattoos are not permitted to use this facility.

Photography and the shooting of video are not permitted in areas designated as such.

Please do not bring food or drink into the building.

In order to use this facility, it is necessary to comply with the terms and conditions of stay as stipulated by this facility.

Experience the hotel's original fasting course in the clean air and rich nature of Koyarunomori.

COVID19 infection prevention measures

Partitions have been installed at the front desk.

Efforts are being made to maintain a social distance of at least 2 meters.

Alcohol based hand sanitizers have been placed throughout the facility and guests are requested to disinfect their hands.

All staff members are required to wear masks and check their health status when they arrive at work.

We ask for the cooperation of all guests in taking their temperature, checking their health, and identifying themselves when they check-in.

If you are infected with COVID19 or have tested positive for the virus, you will not be permitted to use our facilities.

If you have a fever or a cold, please refrain from visiting.

The common areas have been treated to be antibacterial.

After check-out, the rooms are disinfected in addition to regular cleaning.

The air conditioners in the hotel, including the guest rooms, are operated 24 hours a day, even when the rooms are not occupied, to ensure a constant supply of fresh air.
